I am a veteran of the commercial title business with over 24 years of experience. I am passionate with solving intricate puzzles of properties with complex issues of insurability and clearing matters affecting commercial properties. I believe that there is no transaction too challenging for a solution and adopt the mindset of “finding a way to win” in each and every transaction I close. In addition to managing a national title desk for the last eight years, I have closed transactions as large as $2 billion and in 2022 was credited with closing the most expensive residential transaction in California real estate history. My ability to work effectively with out-of-state partners has allowed me to complete transactions from Maine to Hawaii. I believe the value of good underwriting relationships is equally important as those with clients. I am a former collegiate athlete and a proud graduate of The University of Utah Eccles School of Business. Above all, Justin finds his greatest joy outdoors and with his family. If not behind a commercial transaction desk, he can be found golfing, hunting, fishing, hiking, or watching football.
