    Timelines vary by municipality and project scope. Generally, entitlements can take 6-12 months, horizontal improvements 3-5 months, and vertical construction 12-18 months. Our integrated approach typically shaves months off standard industry schedules by running parallel workflows.

  • Do you handle the entitlements for land owners?

    Yes. We often partner with land owners or purchase raw land contingent on entitlements. Our internal team handles all engineering, architectural design, and municipality negotiations to secure necessary approvals for the highest and best use of the property.

  • What geographic markets does Apex operate in?

    While our headquarters and core operations are in Utah (South Jordan, Tooele, Filmore), we develop nationally. Our portfolio includes projects in Colorado, Florida, and other high-growth states. We follow the data to markets with strong hospitality demand.
