  • What distinguishes Apex CRE from other commercial brokerages?

    Apex CRE is part of a fully integrated network that includes development, construction, and capital markets divisions. This vertical integration gives our brokers access to real-time construction costs, debt/equity terms, and operational data, allowing us to provide far more accurate valuations and advisory services than standalone firms.


  • Can you help with 1031 Exchange replacements?

    Yes. We specialize in 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges. Our team can help you identify high-performing replacement properties—often off-market—within your 45-day identification period. We frequently place exchange capital into NNN assets, hospitality projects, and stable multifamily assets across the Mountain West.


  • Do you represent Landlords or Tenants?

    We provide representation for both. For Landlords, we execute aggressive leasing strategies to stabilize assets and maximize NOI. For Tenants, we perform site selection and lease negotiation to secure favorable terms and TI (Tenant Improvement) packages that align with your operational budget.


  • How do you determine the value of a commercial property (BOV)?

    We offer a complimentary Broker Opinion of Value (BOV). Unlike simple automated estimates, our valuation analyzes comparable sales, current cap rates, replacement costs (verified by Apex Construction), and projected NOI. This comprehensive approach ensures you price your asset correctly for the current market.

  • Do you have access to off-market properties?

    Yes. A significant portion of our transaction volume occurs off-market. Because we develop and manage our own assets, we often have inventory available for direct purchase that is not listed on public exchanges like Realnex, Crexi, LoopNet or CoStar.

  • What geographic areas do you serve?

    Our primary brokerage footprint is in Utah and the Mountain West region (including Idaho, Nevada, and Colorado). However, for specific asset classes like Hospitality and NNN investments, we advise clients and transact on a national level.
